Social services in Kalmar should be knowledge-based, secure, individually tailored, efficient, equitable, and accessible. To make this possible, we have been working for several years based on a well-implemented process-oriented approach that creates a holistic perspective, structure, and conditions for continuous improvement. Children and Families is a broad operational area where authority work based on the Social Services Act, housing and services, and preventive work interact to provide children, young people, and families with the right support at the right time. As part of the management team, you contribute to leading and developing the operation from a shared holistic perspective with a focus on quality, collaboration, and sustainable development. In your role as operations developer, you work closely with the operations manager on governance and leadership of the operational area. With the process orientation as your foundation, you drive and support quality and development work, with a focus on creating efficient, coherent, and value-creating processes for the children, young people, and families we exist to serve. You serve as a strategic and operational support to managers in their work with systematic quality efforts, monitoring, and development. The role involves contributing to the analysis, improvement, and implementation of working methods, as well as ensuring that the operation develops in line with legislation, goals, and needs. You are also part of the department's operations and quality development group, where you, together with other development functions, contribute to coordinated and long-term development work. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree from a social work program or other relevant higher education that the employer deems appropriate. You have strong knowledge within the social services field that enables you to drive goal, quality, and development work at a strategic level. You communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong ability to compile, analyze, and visualize material. You are creative, resourceful, and have a trustworthy and inspiring manner.
