The Functional Support LSS and Social Psychiatry operations area is part of the Care and Social Services Administration, one of six departments in Lidingö Municipality. Here, approximately 800 dedicated employees work to support Lidingö residents through all stages of life. Be part of developing future support! We are now looking for an experienced operations developer who wants to be close to the operations, drive development, and create sustainable working methods together with us. In this role, you will work close to management but without personnel responsibility, and you will be a central part of our development and quality work. You will, among other things: • Combine analysis and structure with real operations-focused work • Identify development areas and create sustainable working methods • Implement routines, processes, and digital solutions • Support operations in quality work, follow-up, and internal audits • Prepare analyses and present to the management group • Conduct training and lead workshops (LSS & Social Psychiatry) • Collaborate with managers and employees in daily operations • Monitor external developments and handle inquiries from politicians and authorities • Participate in and drive development projects. QUALIFICATIONS • We see that you have a relevant university degree (e.g., social worker or equivalent) • You have solid knowledge of LSS and social psychiatry • Experience with quality development and change management • Good understanding of municipal operations • Very good communication skills in speech and writing It is particularly advantageous if you have: • Experience as an operations developer • Interest in data and analysis • Experience from a politically governed organization • Experience in conducting training or leading workshops Personal characteristics: • Structured, analytical, and persistent • Responsive, unpretentious, and comfortable in collaborations • Relationship-building and trust-building • A team player who contributes where needed In Lidingö Municipality, we work based on the values engaged, professional, and initiative-taking.
