About Us At Local Grid Business Development, we work to develop and improve E.ON's local grid business through digitalization, automation, and data-driven solutions. Using new technology, we create more efficient work processes and contribute to the development of the energy grid of the future. We are now looking for a business development manager who wants to drive our digital development forward together with us. About the Role As a business development manager with us, you work at the intersection between business operations and IT. With the business's needs in focus, you contribute to streamlining processes, developing data-driven work methods, and supporting the implementation of digital solutions. The role involves identifying improvement opportunities and translating needs into concrete solutions in close collaboration with the business, IT, and other support functions. In the role, you will, among other things: Identify and analyze manual or inefficient workflows. Develop process maps, instructions, and visualization materials. Work with data-driven business development and information visualization. Participate in implementing new digital solutions and work methods. Support the business in change and implementation work. Your Experience To succeed in the role, you have experience in business development, digitalization, process development, or related areas. You thrive at the intersection between business and IT and have a genuine interest in technology and digital development. You are experienced in identifying business needs and translating them into concrete improvements. Experience in collaborating with different functions and driving development initiatives in a complex organization is therefore valuable. It is an advantage if you have experience with the Power Platform, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio. Experience with low-code/no-code solutions, AI-related tools, or BI tools such as Qlik Sense is also seen as an advantage. We believe the role suits someone who appreciates taking initiative, creating structure, and translating ideas into improvements.
