Individual and Family consists of four different units within the social services area: Investigation, Support and Treatment, Housing, and Child and Student Health. Within each unit there are several operations led by unit managers together with team managers. You will be part of the cross-operational work group that works with all units. This winter, one of our operations development managers will be on parental leave and therefore we are looking for you who want to take over and together with Malin become an important part of our engaged team so that Pernilla can take care of her child. JOB DUTIES As an operations development manager, you work closely with managers and operations to support and drive current development and quality issues. You will have a broad assignment where you work both strategically and operationally. Job duties may include: • Supporting managers in quality and development work • Driving and coordinating current development assignments • Contributing with analysis, follow-up and decision-making documentation • Planning and implementing improvement work • Contributing to implementation and follow-up of new working methods You will receive a varied assignment with many points of contact and the opportunity to make a difference from day one. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant higher education, for example social work, political science, law or other education that the employer deems relevant. You have experience in: - Operations development and/or change management - Quality work - Investigation work - Process management - Preferred is experience from social services or other public operations You are structured, analytical and solution-focused and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new issues and see the whole picture. You work independently but also enjoy collaboration and building good relationships. You express yourself well in speech and writing and can clearly compile and present information. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: From 2026-11-16 or by agreement, ends: 2027-06-30.
