As an Operations Coordinator in the Unit for National Assessment and Planning in Malmö Karlskrona, you will work in the management team with operational management, monitoring, and analysis, where your strategic ability and solid operational knowledge contribute to better results and quality. The assignment includes, among other things, job seekers' first contact with the Swedish Public Employment Service, assessment, planning, monitoring, and matching, as well as support to employers in their skills supply. The Unit is also responsible for, among other things, certain decisions and serves as an entry point for the State Service Center. Job Description As an Operations Coordinator, you assist the Unit Manager with expert knowledge and prepare and present matters and assignments. You work closely with the Unit Manager and in the management team of the Unit. A particular focus in the role is monitoring and analysis based on operational plans, risk analysis, and management systems. You analyze the operation's results and quality and identify risks, improvement areas, and possible measures. You also participate in the operation's development and improvement work and handle matters that require you to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas and regulations. The role also involves presenting results and collaborating with various stakeholders. The role is based on close cooperation and mutual trust with the Unit Manager and the management team.
