As an Operations Planner, you work in the planning tool Combine, Bank ID is required for login, where you base your work on granted support services and implementation plans. You create visit plans that ensure users' individual needs are met. You handle staffing during short-term absences and maintain contact with users, relatives and staff. A large part of the work involves collaboration both internally and externally to achieve the best possible quality for our users and staff. The position also includes some budget responsibility. Work is daytime, Monday - Friday. 06:30-15:30. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with good cooperation and communication skills, who can work independently and is flexible. Someone accustomed to working toward goals, and who understands the relationship between the different areas that home care is governed by: users, staff, operations and economics. We see that you place the users' services, participation and care at the center. Desirable is experience with administrative tasks and it is a merit if you have experience with the planning system Combine. You have good computer skills and the ability to work in several different computer systems. Documentation is a central work task and you express yourself well verbally and in writing. You have completed upper secondary education, or work experience that the employer deems appropriate. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B-class driver's license is required.
