We're looking for a dedicated and confident operations manager who wants to help develop our operations and create a really great experience for both employees and visitors. With us, you'll have an important role in an operation where service, safety, health, and people are at the center. We believe you are solution-oriented and communicative – and that you enjoy combining operational work with leading and developing others. In this role, you'll work with your team to drive and develop all operations at Avesta Municipality's two swimming pools, where you'll be the one leading and distributing the daily work. We're looking for someone who has: Documented experience managing work groups and personnel Passed annual or regular practical swimming test meeting industry standards, such as Guldbojen or similar lifeguard certification Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Driver's license Education: You have a swimming pool manager certification at post-secondary level, or alternatively secondary education focused on leisure and health or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. It is also an asset if you have previous experience with: Scheduling and workforce planning Work in municipal operations We welcome your application! Employment form: Permanent position.
