The role includes personnel responsibility for hourly employees during the season, recruitment, scheduling, work supervision, some contract management, procurement and budget monitoring. You report to the sector manager at Windeln Municipality who also acts as managing director for the company. A central part of the assignment is to investigate and develop a long-term vision and investment plan for the operation during the employment period. This means that alongside operational work you will have a special investigation assignment. YOUR COMPETENCE We are looking for you who have an interest in alpine facilities and skiing as well as experience of leadership and business management, preferably within tourism, service, facility operations or other operational activities. You have good administrative skills, economic understanding and are used to working structurally with multiple issues in parallel. As a person you are self-reliant, solution-oriented and confident in making decisions. You have the ability to take initiative and work goal- and result-oriented. You have the ability to combine strategic thinking with practical and present leadership. REQUIREMENTS Experience from tourism, destination development or outdoor/ski facilities. Experience in a management or leadership role Good administrative skills Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Class B driving license Meritorious: Experience with personnel responsibility Experience with budget work and financial monitoring Experience working with development issues Experience working in a politically governed organization YOUR NEW WORKPLACE You will be placed in the Municipal Development sector within Windeln Municipality. The sector has responsibility for, among other things, the municipality's leisure and tourism activities, but the assignment is conducted within the framework of AB Bubergsgården, which is a wholly municipally owned company. Bubergsgården is Windeln's traditional winter sports facility. Buberget is not just a challenge for the toughest skiers, but there are slopes for everyone. The slopes are graded from red (advanced) to green (beginner). In total there are five descents and four lifts, one of which is a children's/button lift. There is also winter camping for caravans, large parking, ski rental and refreshments in the cozy main cabin.
