We are now looking for you to lead the association forward together with its members in its development, both with the public program and the association's heart – the studios. You are the linchpin and juggle many balls at once. The work takes place in collaboration with our members, other staff, and you work on behalf of the board, in a creative and international context. Main Responsibilities · Overall responsibility for long-term planning, coordination, development and financing of the association. · Work towards an open and accessible platform and activities for visitors, cultural practitioners and collaboration partners. · Participate in the coordination group with delegated personnel responsibility in daily operations. Duties · Coordinate the overall program planning for Konstepidemin's public activities. · Manage the association's activity planning and compile activity reports and activity plans. · Develop collaboration forms and projects for public activities and members' initiatives. · Receive and follow up on inquiries about collaborations and co-arrangements. · Strategically network to promote business development locally, nationally and internationally. · Work strategically with finance and budget work in collaboration with the finance coordinator. · Manage applications for activity and project grants for the association as a whole. · Approve ongoing payments, including salaries. · Prepare materials and report to and from the board and Konstepidemin's Artistic Council. · Maintain and continuously develop policy documents. · Support colleagues in their assignments, work for a good working environment and conduct employee conversations. Qualifications · Relevant university education or equivalent education/experience. · Experience with project management or similar, within the cultural field is an advantage. · Good knowledge of the art and culture field. Knowledge of cultural policy is an advantage. · Basic knowledge or experience in personnel-related matters. · Basic knowledge or experience in budget work and financial monitoring. · Experience of working in civil society, preferably in a member-governed or non-profit organization. · Good organizational skills. · Proficient knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
