Business Consultant Nova

Sokigo is seeking a business consultant for our office in Sundbyberg. Nova is Sokigo's case management system support, including building permits, and is already used by many Swedish municipalities to streamline their operations. With us, you will help drive this development further, together with customers and colleagues across the country. About the role As a business consultant, you are the link between Sokigo and our customers' operations. You support municipalities in their daily work and contribute to developing both the system support and customers' processes, in a team where you support each other and where you develop through real customer assignments. Your responsibilities: Be the customers' natural contact person for daily system use. Conduct training sessions, both on-site and digitally, on the system's features and efficient work processes. Provide operational support and contribute to development related to the system. Participate in complex Nova implementation projects. Map out customers' operations and propose concrete improvements. We believe you have: Experience working in municipal building permit operations or public administration. Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. Experience with customer-facing consulting and process work. Personal experience working in Nova is highly meritorious. You are: Outgoing, social, and business-oriented – you enjoy being challenged and challenging others. Service-oriented and curious, with an eye for where an operation can improve. Clear in your communication and confident both in training situations and in individual customer meetings. The placement location for this position is our office in Sundbyberg, but other locations where Sokigo has offices may be considered for the right candidate.
