We are seeking operations experts for the Migration Agency's Local Supply Division. With us, you will work with traditional local supply matters as well as current societal issues affected by what happens in our surrounding world. Issues that matter and engage. The Local Supply Division is responsible for the agency's local supply regarding administrative facilities, temporary housing for asylum seekers, and storage. The assignment includes facility management, facility optimization, facility operations and FM services, planning and implementing maintenance, major renovation projects, physical operational security, fire protection work, and more. What does an operations expert do? As an operations expert, you will support the leadership and governance of the division, perform planning, coordination, and analysis work within the division's area of responsibility. Work with qualitative and quantitative monitoring. Based on statistics, investigations, reports, and other monitoring, analyze results and developments in the operations. Prepare action plans, statements, and responses to referrals, as well as prepare cases for decision-making. Support managers and leaders in strategic analysis and improvement work within the operations. You answer questions internally and externally and support the operations in methodological and subject matter issues. Maintain, gather, and disseminate knowledge within the subject area. Monitor the external environment for current issues. The division's operations are in a phase of change, the area of responsibility is large and complex, so the position will develop in line with the division's development. Who are you? You are a good representative for the division. You plan, organize, and prioritize work in an efficient manner and establish and maintain schedules. Furthermore, you are thorough and well aware of goals and quality and place great emphasis on meeting these requirements. You have analytical ability and the ability to independently identify issues that need further investigation. The work requires that you are unpretentious and have good cooperation skills. With high initiative, you see what needs to be done and you approach your tasks in a solution-oriented manner. You who are applying have: Academic education in law, real estate, building technology, or other education combined with relevant acquired experience and knowledge. Worked with management support for managers Experience providing qualified support on subject matters to managers and management groups.
