Do you want to use your analytical skills to make a real difference in healthcare development? As a business controller in Primary Care, you will have a key role where your insights and analyses contribute to smarter working methods, better decision-making foundations, and a nearby care worth choosing. Duties As a business controller at Vårdcentralen Halland, you will work from a holistic perspective to analyze operations and optimize our working methods. You will serve as close support to Vårdcentralen Halland's leadership in data development and will analyze and draw conclusions. You will support with fact-based analytical materials and will independently conduct and present qualified analyses, follow-ups, and investigations. Your assignment includes taking initiative, shaping working methods, and actively driving and participating in improvement work. You will develop, create, and implement training initiatives as well as work on development matters. You will lead working groups and preparatory work, in close collaboration with colleagues in support functions as well as managers and employees in operations. Your work also includes supporting Vårdcentralen Halland's production planning, working with operational plans, indicators and analyses, and actively contributing to change and development work in this area. You will serve as close support in developing the administration's process regarding planning and follow-up of operational plans. You will also take on the role of Superuser for Stratsys, which is Region Halland's system support for planning, implementation, and follow-up. The business controller position will be placed either within Development and Support or in the Finance Department. Regardless of placement, you will work closely with Vårdcentralen Halland's leadership, managers, and support functions on analysis, follow-up, and development. Qualifications We are looking for someone with an academic degree in a relevant field. You possess high digital competence and have experience extracting reports and statistics from analysis platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Qliksense. We consider it advantageous if you have experience analyzing data and fact-based investigation and follow-up work, preferably from public sector operations. Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required, and knowledge of Stratsys is also advantageous. To ensure good and secure communication with colleagues and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As a person, you have a coaching approach with a good ability to lead and motivate others. You appreciate working together with others and work by the principle that 1+1=3.
