WORK TASKS
Do you want to work closely with management and contribute to developing an operation where analyses lead to concrete improvements?
We are now seeking an operations controller who wants to combine qualified analysis, operations development, and strategic support in a role with great opportunities to make an impact.
In the role, you work closely with managers and leadership on follow-up, analyses, investigations, and development work. You contribute with qualified decision-making materials, develop processes and methods, and strengthen the operation's ability to achieve its goals.
The role of operations controller is broad and varied. You are responsible for analyzing the operation's results, preparing decision-making materials, and driving development initiatives that strengthen quality and efficiency. Through analyses, investigations, and process development, you contribute to the operation's development based on goals, needs, and results. You become part of an engaged work team with great opportunities to influence the operation's development.
The role includes, among other things:
• monitoring operational goals, results, and key metrics, and developing methods for monitoring, analysis, and management
• preparing analyses, reports, and decision-making materials, and conducting investigations, mappings, and pre-studies
• identifying development and improvement areas based on operational data and analyses
• leading or coordinating development, change, and improvement initiatives
• mapping, analyzing, and developing the operation's processes and methods
• supporting managers in operational planning, follow-up, and quality work
• participating in the preparation of operational plans, activity reports, and other governance documents
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
• an academic degree in, for example, public administration, political science, social science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent
• experience with qualified analysis, investigation, or controller work
• experience with operations development, process development, or improvement work
• experience working in public/municipal operations related to governance processes
• strong ability to collect, analyze, and present information in a clear and pedagogical way
• experience working with operational follow-up, statistics, and key metrics
• very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
It is an advantage if you have:
• experience with Stratsys or other systems for operational management and follow-up
• experience with process mapping, process management, and project management
