About Schedevi Psykiatri
Schedevi Psykiatri is a private healthcare provider with extensive experience in providing support, care, and housing for individuals with psychological and physical disabilities. Our operations have existed since 1942, and today we operate in three regions in Sweden with approximately 96 beds and around 200 employees.
Our vision is to be a high-quality and leading healthcare provider for individuals with complex and long-term needs for support, supervision, and care.
In the West region, we operate five facilities in Essunga kommun, two group homes according to LSS and three residences according to SoL. There is room for 36 residents and approximately 80 committed employees with broad expertise in healthcare, care, and rehabilitation.
The role of Operations Manager/Director
As Operations Manager/Director, you have a central role in leading, developing, and ensuring quality in our operations. You are responsible for operations, personnel, budget, and work environment together with our section leaders in close and well-functioning leadership.
You will be part of both an overarching and operative management team together with the regional manager, operations manager colleague, section leaders, and our licensed professionals. You will work closely with committed and experienced employees who every day contribute to creating security and quality of life for our residents.
This will be an important part of your daily work:
Lead, develop, and follow up on operations based on legal requirements and quality goals
Responsible for budget, personnel, and work environment
Ensure good quality in documentation, follow-up, and operational processes
Responsible for placements, contract follow-up, and external contacts
Collaborate with municipalities, commissioners, guardians, and other partners
Contribute to operations development and strategic development work
Represent the operations at, for example, trade fairs, networking meetings, and other external forums
Who do we think you are?
We are looking for you who have relevant university education, for example:
Social Worker
Behavioral Scientist
Licensed Nurse
Or other university education that the employer considers equivalent
Experience from LSS, care, or social psychiatry operations
Good knowledge of legislation LSS, SoL, and HSL
Experience with quality work and operations development
Good ability to create relationships and build trust
You have previous leadership experience and meet the requirements to be licensed as a director according to LSS.
