Fribo Rehabilitation is now seeking an Operations Manager/Director for our Supported Housing SoL § 7:2. This position is opening as our current operations manager is pursuing new challenges.
Fribo Supported Housing SoL § 7:2 is a supported housing facility with 14 beds for young people, ages 16-20 years, with social difficulties who may also need support for psychiatric and neuropsychiatric needs. Within Fribo, there is also a short-term housing facility SoL § 7:2 and two LSS § 9:9 operations with which we maintain close collaboration.
About the Role of Operations Manager/Director
As Operations Manager/Director, you hold overall responsibility for operations, staff, quality, and finances.
You work closely with the operations and are a visible and present leader who creates engagement, clarity, and direction for the organization. Together with your team, you ensure that the operations maintain high quality, comply with laws and agreements, and achieve set goals.
You have the freedom to influence the development of the operations, where you will work closely with our Methods Developer. You will also be part of our local management group, where we work together on development, support, and knowledge sharing as a natural part of daily work.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and develop the daily operations of the facility, with responsibility for personnel, staffing, and work environment
Ensure good quality and drive systematic quality and improvement work
Ensure that legislation, agreements, and mandates are complied with
Create and maintain good relationships with service users, relatives, and staff
Work actively with occupancy and maintain good relationships with our commissioning partners
Work actively with operations development and goal achievement
Collaborate with support functions and colleagues to advance the operations

Requirements
Higher education such as social worker (socionom), behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education according to IVO requirements
Education in social law of at least 7.5 credits (if you are not a social worker)
Experience working in SoL operations
Previous experience in a leadership position
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Class B driving license
Meritorious if you also have:
Experience/knowledge of functional variations and associated working methods.
About the Position
Full-time, permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. A fundamental condition for the probationary period to convert to a permanent position is that IVO approves our application for you to be listed on the facility license.
