We are seeking 2-3 operations managers for the Supported Living Services department with responsibility for group and service homes under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Here you will have the opportunity to develop operations, employees, and work methods together with engaged colleagues. In the Supported Living Services department, we are responsible for providing support in accordance with the LSS for both children and adults, as well as interventions within social psychiatry under the Social Services Act (SoL). We work together, welcome innovation, and make a difference for many Uppsala residents and their loved ones. We are now seeking operations managers who will be responsible for 3-4 of the group and service homes for adults that we operate under the LSS. Within the Supported Living Services department, there are also LSS activities for children and young people. There are group and service homes, short-term care facilities, and meeting places for adults. As an operations manager within the Supported Living Services department, you are also expected to be curious about your colleagues' areas of operation. Your Assignment As an operations manager, you will take on an exciting and dynamic role where each day brings new opportunities. You have the freedom to plan your days, adapted to the needs of the operations. In this leadership position, you have full responsibility for driving the operations forward. You lead and inspire your teams, ensure a safe and positive work environment, and are responsible for ensuring that employees have the right competencies for their tasks. In addition, you will manage the budget and create conditions for long-term success. You are part of a management group with 12 operations managers and report to the area manager. Together, we set goals and strategy to develop and improve the operations. Your competence and experience are valued and contribute to shaping the operational area. The operation is in constant development, and you are therefore expected to play an active role in improvement and change work. Your strong commitment and excellent collaboration skills will be guiding in cooperation with service users, family members, employees, and colleagues. Requirements Relevant university degree Experience within LSS/SoL Management experience with personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility Good knowledge of the target group within LSS Knowledge of relevant legislation Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Familiarity with working in digital systems Meritorious Experience with complex case management Experience with change management Knowledge of pedagogical and person-centered work methods within LSS.
