Hela Människan Norrköping is seeking OPERATIONS MANAGER Hela Människan Norrköping is looking for an operations manager who wants to lead and develop our organization. The role encompasses two units – open services and a secondhand shop – with support from two unit supervisors. Your Assignment You have overall responsibility for operations, finances, personnel, and organizational development. You implement board decisions and build long-term relationships with churches, stakeholders, the municipality, authorities, donors, and other partners. You will lead approximately ten employees as well as volunteers and individuals participating in various employment programs. We Are Looking for Someone Who · has experience in leadership and organizational development, · has relevant university education and experience in social work, · understands values-driven, church-based, or other mission-driven organizations, · is a confident and coaching leader with strong collaboration and communication skills, · shares Hela Människan's values and mission, · holds a valid driver's license (B category) – this is a requirement. We Offer A permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period.
