For us, it is important that you want to be active and present in the operations. This is so you can ensure that the company's values, current agreements and applicable legislation are complied with. It is also in the operations that you nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents and relatives. You also have good relationships with relevant authorities. You report to the Regional Manager and are part of their management team, and have budget and profit responsibility for the operations. About Villa Fridsbo In Kävlinge municipality lies beautiful Villa Fridsbo, a new senior living facility with a generous courtyard and 60 apartments for people with dementia and care needs. The building is three stories high with 20 apartments per floor. The facility is located in the eastern part of Löddeköpinge in direct connection to E20, making it easy to reach from both Landskrona in the north and Malmö in the south. We offer individually tailored care with heart, integrity and choice, with a major focus on activities for our residents. Such as gardening and coffee in our garden and orangery, walks, gymnastics, bingo games, pub evenings with dancing and of course celebrating our holidays Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia and communication through Demensakademin. Needs-based flexible scheduling: We apply needs-based flexible scheduling. This means that as an employee you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and preferences. We schedule for 10 weeks at a time. Ung Omsorg: We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 years visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg carries out various activities together with us to enhance the lives of our residents. Group Managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations. This could also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. You have relevant higher education in healthcare and social care (such as social worker, nurse, social care) and experience in elderly care. You also have several years of documented experience of management responsibilities and good references regarding leadership. All Operations Managers go through our leadership program where you have the opportunity to develop within leadership through our training organization Lära. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
