Do you want to be part of developing parasports in our district and create conditions for more people to participate in sports based on their own circumstances? We are seeking an engaged and development-oriented operations director who wants to lead and develop our activities together with the board, employees, member organizations, and collaboration partners. About the Position As operations director, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations. You will lead the office staff, implement board decisions, and drive activities toward the goals decided by the annual meeting. You will be a key person in developing parasports in the district and building strong relationships with member organizations, municipalities, district sports federations, specialized sports federations, authorities, and other collaboration partners. Your Main Responsibilities Lead, plan, and develop operational activities. Responsible for activity planning, follow-up, and reporting. Budget and financial responsibility. Personnel responsibility for office staff. Build and develop partnerships with organizations and external stakeholders. Work with projects, grant applications, and financing. Represent the federation in various contexts and contribute to positive and inclusive leadership. We Are Looking for You If You Have experience in leadership and activity development. Are a confident and clear leader who creates engagement and participation. Have strong organizational and administrative skills. Are comfortable working independently while valuing collaboration. Have experience with budgeting and financial follow-up. Have excellent communication skills in both speech and writing. Share the sports movement's values and have strong commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities for all people. Experience from the non-profit sector, the sports movement, or the disability rights field is a merit. Personal Qualities We place great importance on your personal qualities.
