As Operations Manager, you will take on overall responsibility for the health center, and we are looking for someone who approaches this role with clarity and humility. The goal of your management role is an accessible, forward-thinking, and high-quality health center with balanced finances, where staff thrive and develop. As a manager in Region Halland, you have two assignments: to engage and motivate your staff who care for the residents of Halland, and to manage and lead with focus on results. You represent the Health Center Halland and ultimately Region Halland, which means you have an understanding of the organization as a whole and your contribution to it. You are employed on a permanent basis in your base profession, with a four-year appointment as manager. About Health Center Hertig Knut We are located in the middle of the pedestrian street and offer a full range of services for approximately 9,500 patients who have chosen to register with us. Here we work together, and the health center is undergoing changes to work in teams going forward. Many have worked here for a long time, with experience in collaborating across professional boundaries and areas. We enjoy being the learning environment that we are with many training staff members. For us, it is important that patients experience simplicity and welcome in their contacts with us, both digitally and when they come for scheduled visits. The health center is facing a renovation of the premises to renew and improve our workflows. Requirements Degree in healthcare Good understanding of and knowledge about revenue-financed and competitive operations Leadership experience Previous managerial experience in personnel management and operations development – with personnel, operations, financial, and work environment responsibility Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing Experience driving and leading operations development Meritorious Primary care experience Extended managerial experience, preferably in complex operations Experience leading a multidisciplinary team Experience with change management Completed Halland's development program Tomorrow's Leaders We warmly welcome your application!
