Our Operations Samariterhemmets Health Center is located in central Uppsala, just a stone's throw from Resecentrum. Our health center is a large operation with approximately 13,800 registered patients. Together, we are just over 80 employees, and all professional areas within the health center's mission are represented. The broad variety of patients creates a developmental workplace. Your Assignment As Operations Manager, you lead the operations together with two group managers and in close collaboration with the health center's employees. If you are not a physician yourself, you also have a medical director physician to consult with. As Operations Manager, you report directly to the Operations Area Manager in the Central City operations area. You assume significant responsibility for, together with the Operations Area Manager, promoting good collaboration with partners within the administration, Region Uppsala, municipalities, and other external stakeholders, as well as contributing to the development of work toward efficient and accessible care. Your Competence You have education in healthcare and documented leadership experience, preferably from primary care. In your role, you have full responsibility for operations, finances, and personnel. As Operations Manager, you plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. You are well-informed about your assignment, your authority, and the goals for your operations. Having a patient perspective is self-evident to you, and you strive to develop the operations so that the health center becomes an attractive choice for county residents. Your focus on quality contributes to good results in productivity, finances, and work environment. Beyond that, you are a good role model who has the ability to inspire change and development and create participation and commitment in the workplace. You are clear in your leadership and also responsive, structured, and driven. Through your trust-based and coaching leadership style, you leverage your employees' diverse competencies and create a sense of security in daily operations.
