What Does the Role Offer?
As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for running, developing, and positioning Restaurant View. The role combines leadership, business development, and hospitality, with great opportunity to influence both direction and results.
You will:
• Have full personnel and results responsibility
• Drive sales within conferences, events, and catering
• Develop the business and create new revenue streams
• Be the face outward and build relationships in the region
• Create structure, goals, and direction for the operation
• Be operational in the business
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who thrives in a role combining business, leadership, and hospitality. You have a background in service or experience-based operations and are comfortable working closely with both customers and the business side. You have experience driving sales or business development and are motivated by creating results through relationships.
You're someone who builds trust and establishes long-term partnerships, both internally and externally. In situations lacking structure, you take initiative, provide direction, and make things happen. You enjoy responsibility, have natural drive in your daily work, and enjoy developing businesses over time. It's a plus if you previously had personnel and results responsibility, have an established network in Sjuhärad, or have been involved in building or developing a business in this industry.
