What Does the Role Offer?
As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for running, developing, and positioning Restaurant View. The role involves a combination of leadership, business development, and hospitality, with great opportunity to influence both direction and results.
You will:
Have full personnel and financial responsibility
Drive sales within conferences, events, and catering
Develop the business and create new revenue streams
Be the face of the business and build relationships in the region
Create structure, goals, and direction for the operations
Be operationally involved in the business
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine business, leadership, and hospitality. You have a background in service or experience-based operations and are used to working closely with both customers and the business side. You have experience driving sales or business development and are motivated by creating results through relationships.
You are someone who builds trust and creates long-term partnerships, both internally and externally. In situations where structure is lacking, you take initiative, set direction, and make things happen. You enjoy responsibility, have natural drive in your daily work, and like developing businesses over time. It is a merit if you have previously had personnel and financial responsibility, have an established network in Sjuhärad, or have been part of building up or developing a business in the industry.
