Primary Care as an operational area comprises five of the region's health centers: Höga Kusten, Kramfors, Nyland, Sollefteå and Ramsele. Here, city, countryside and sparsely populated areas meet, which creates a dynamic and varied operation. We work based on Close Care, whose core is a person-centered approach where each individual's needs and circumstances are in focus. Care should be accessible throughout life - close to residents, where they live and work. Within the area, we work towards a cohesive care chain with well-developed collaboration between primary care, regional health care, hospital specialties and municipalities. The local care area also includes operations at Sollefteå Hospital such as emergency reception, medicine, cardiology, geriatrics, rehabilitation and neurology. In addition, there are several region-wide assignments, including 1177 Healthcare Guide by telephone, youth clinics, parent and child health care psychologists (FBHV), Child and Youth Center (ages 7-17, mental health) and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen. Today, Local Care Area West has approximately 300 employees and four operations managers. We are now looking for an engaged and development-oriented operations manager for primary care who wants to take overall leadership of our five health centers and drive work towards close, accessible and cohesive care with the resident at the center. As operations manager, you have a comprehensive, tactical leadership role where you work long-term with the operational area's development. You see the whole picture and act as a role model through active work in creating engagement and participation. The operations manager is directly subordinate to the area director and is part of the local care area's management group. Together with the other operations managers, you have a joint responsibility to drive good, equitable and efficient health care within the area from a holistic perspective. Collaboration is important with other operations within the region and cooperation with other societal actors is an important part. The operations manager has overall responsibility for operations, personnel and finance. You lead the operational area's management group with focus on and development of patient safety, sustainable work environment, competence supply and the operation's working methods, processes and organization, among other things with the support of digitalization and within the framework of the operation's mandate. The employment is a permanent full-time position in the base profession and the appointment is time-limited with the Region's leadership policy as a guideline.
