About the Role
As Operations Manager at Laurentius Clinic, you are responsible for the operations' finances, quality, and work environment, and lead work in accordance with Region Halland's guidelines and requirements. The role is both strategic and operational, combining administrative work with clinical presence. You lead and develop an experienced primary care team and create conditions for high quality, a good work environment, and clear patient focus.
You will become part of the Praktikertjänst Healthcare business area's Operations Manager group, which consists of 12 helpful and engaged manager colleagues, and you will receive close support from the Regional Manager as well as central support functions within finance, HR, and quality.
What We're Looking For
Relevant education and experience from primary care
Documented experience from a management role with responsibility for personnel, budget, and operations management
Goal- and results-oriented with a structured approach
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships of trust
