About the role As operations manager at Laurentiuskliniken, you are responsible for the operations' finances, quality, and work environment, and lead the work in accordance with Region Halland's guidelines and requirements. The role is both strategic and operational, where you combine administrative work with clinical presence. You will lead and develop an experienced primary care team and create the conditions for high quality, a good work environment, and clear patient focus. You will become part of the Praktikertjänst Care business area's operations manager group, which consists of 12 helpful and engaged fellow managers, and you will receive close support from the regional manager as well as central support functions in finance, HR, and quality. What we are looking for You have relevant education and experience from primary care You have documented experience from a management role with responsibility for personnel, budget, and operations management You are goal- and results-oriented with a structured approach to work You have good communication skills and build trusting relationships Who are you?
