Your assignment
You report directly to the CEO and have full responsibility for the business's development with a clear business focus and the customer at the center. You ensure that strategic goals are translated into concrete activities and results.
In the role you will, among other things:
· lead, support, and develop the organization
· drive the business's development with a focus on profitability and quality
· ensure an efficient organization
· lead change and development initiatives that strengthen the business's competitiveness
· develop customer relationships and contribute to increased customer satisfaction and business volume
· monitor the business's goals, key metrics, and results
· manage the business's budget, forecasts, and financial results
We are looking for you who
Have several years of experience in a leadership position with personnel, budget, and results responsibility. You are used to driving businesses in transition and have a strong business sense.
As a leader you are confident, clear, and communicative. You build trust, make decisions, and help people grow. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture, understand the whole, and translate strategy into concrete results. Experience leading managers and developing organizations is a merit.
