About the Role For us, it is important that you as an operations manager want to be active and close to the operations. It is a prerequisite for you to be able to nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, families, and authorities. By being close to the operations, you can also ensure that the company's values, the educational framework, and applicable legislation are followed in your operation/operations. You both want and have the ability to manage and monitor operations based on the company's goals and financial framework. You have budget and results responsibility and report to the regional manager and are part of their management team. Operations in Tysberga All 3 residential units and the daily activities serve people with complex needs resulting from neuropsychiatric disabilities, psychiatric conditions, and mental health issues. The target group has a high degree of independence, and the services also need to address psychosocial factors. The operations are characterized by a high degree of cooperation and network activities both internally and externally to create safety and predictability in daily life, but especially in difficult situations. As an operations manager, you need to daily guide residential support staff in problem-solving and communication matters, and calmly meet people in crisis and other conditions. Alma Service Residence Alma is a service residence under LSS for adults with complex and varying support needs. The operations work with individually adapted interventions that promote independence, participation, and a meaningful life based on each person's conditions and goals. The operations have experience meeting people with complex issues and complex support needs. Solberga Group Home Solberga is a group home under LSS that offers support to people with varying needs for care, structure, and guidance in daily life. The operations work with a pedagogical and individually adapted approach where safety, continuity, and self-determination are in focus. Hässelby Daily Activities Hässelby Daily Activities offers employment under LSS through individually adapted activities that promote development, participation, and community. The operations are based on each participant's abilities, interests, and goals and work to create a meaningful and developing daily life. Solberga Utterö Group Home Solberga Utterö is a group home under LSS for adults with support needs in various daily activities. The operations offer care and support based on individual needs with a focus on safety, participation, self-determination, and good living conditions. The operations are located on a farm in a beautiful natural environment and within walking distance to the daily activities. Requirements for Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone who has relevant higher education in care and welfare (e.g., social worker, social care) and experience from care operations. You have at least two years of documented experience in management positions and good references regarding leadership. You should also have experience with the target group within LSS; this should be several years, as this is required for authorization by the Health and Social Care Inspectorate. If you have an educational background other than Social Work, it is important that you have studied social law at a higher education level. You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional roles. You like to give and receive feedback and break down and work toward set goals.
