The Assignment At Centrum, your assignment will be to give the operation clear direction and create conditions for sustainable work. You have overall responsibility for operations, staff, work environment, and finances. This means you are present in daily activities, make use of your employees' knowledge, and help the operation move from idea to action. At the same time, you need to see the healthcare center's role in a broader context. You will be part of the management group for Primary Care together with managers from other healthcare centers. Collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders is a natural part of the assignment, as is representing Bräcke Diaconia as an idea-driven actor within primary care. Around you, there is an area manager and central support functions to assist you. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated to develop operations together with others and wants to contribute to a healthcare center where people's knowledge is valued. As a leader, you are present, build trust in daily operations, and provide structure when needed. You are receptive but also have the courage to make decisions that create direction forward. Qualifications: University degree in healthcare Management experience with personnel responsibility Experience with financial and budget responsibility Knowledge of labor law and work environment Understanding of the healthcare system and primary care's mission Merits: Leadership training Experience from primary care Experience collaborating with municipalities, regions, or other healthcare actors Experience leading larger multidisciplinary teams Experience with change management or operational development Bräcke Healthcare Center Centrum Bräcke Healthcare Center Centrum in Alingsås is an idea-driven healthcare center where commitment to people is evident in both approach and working methods.
