About the Role As Operations Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the clinic's daily operations, staff, quality, and results. You'll lead a team of approximately 15 employees and create the conditions for a well-functioning operation today – and one prepared for future needs in eye care. The role combines strategic and operational leadership with clinical work, where you're expected to spend approximately 40 percent of your time in daily operations. This gives you the opportunity to be close to both patients and staff, while driving development, improvements, and new ways of working forward. Your Areas of Responsibility · Lead, coach, and develop employees and teams · Ensure high quality, patient safety, and a strong patient experience · Oversee the clinic's daily operations, results, and continued business development · Work with planning, follow-up, and resource optimization · Develop efficient patient flows, workflows, and collaboration across functions · Identify and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, growth, and business performance Who Are You? You have experience from eye care or the optical industry and a good understanding of patient flows, quality, and customer or patient experience.
