About the role As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the clinic's daily operations, staff, quality, and results. You lead a team of approximately 15 employees and create conditions for an operation that is well-functioning today – and prepared for future needs in eye care. The role combines strategic and operational leadership with clinical work, where you are expected to work approximately 40 percent in daily operations. This gives you the opportunity to be close to both patients and staff, while driving development, improvements, and new working methods forward. Your areas of responsibility · Lead, coach, and develop staff and teams · Ensure high quality, patient safety, and a strong patient experience · Be responsible for the clinic's daily operations, results, and continued business development · Work with planning, follow-up, and resource optimization · Develop efficient patient flows, working methods, and cooperation across functions · Identify and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, growth, and business efficiency Who are you? We are looking for you who is a confident, present, and clear leader with the ability to create direction, trust, and engagement. You thrive in a role where you can combine leadership with operational presence and where you actively contribute to developing people, working methods, and operations. You have experience from eye care or the optical industry and a good understanding of patient flows, quality, and customer or patient experience. With a commercial and long-term approach, you see the connection between high medical quality, satisfied patients, engaged staff, and a sustainable operation.
