Then this is an assignment for you. Responsibilities As operations manager: You have overall responsibility for specialist dental care's mission, results, and development. You lead a knowledge-intensive operation where high clinical quality, research, education, and competence development are combined with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and long-term development to meet future dental care needs. You report directly to the dental care director and are part of Folktandvården's management group, where you together with other operations managers and functional directors are responsible for the strategic development of the entire organization. A central part of the assignment is close collaboration with operations managers within general dental care. Together, you create the conditions for integrated care, strengthen knowledge exchange and shared learning, and ensure efficient utilization of Folktandvården's combined expertise for patients' benefit and the organization's long-term development. You lead five clinic managers within specialist dental care who are responsible for the operation's tactical and operational management. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a specialist in a dental specialty with many years of experience and has documented experience in leadership and operations development. Academic qualifications are a plus. We believe you are a strategic and analytical leader with a strong ability to translate goals and visions into concrete development and results. Your leadership is characterized by integrity, courage, and clear responsibility for both operations and people. You create engagement and participation and are driven by developing people, operations, and working methods. As a person, you are communicative and enjoy collaborating across organizational boundaries. You have a genuine interest in building relationships and creating conditions for the entire Folktandvården's development, both within specialist dental care and together with general dental care.
