About Viljan Gamla Torg Viljan Gamla Torg is a residential care facility (SoL) within psychiatric care, centrally located in Höör. The operation has 59 places distributed across six units and accepts adult women and men from age 18 with psychotic illness, comorbidity, and various psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses. We offer both short-term accommodation and supported housing. Our work is based on the individual's needs, resources, and goals. Together with a contact person and based on instructions from the placing authority, we plan, implement, and follow up the customer's individual support measures. We work with milieu therapy methods, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and low-affect approaches to create security, participation, and development. With us, the motto "Everyone deserves a second chance" permeates the entire operation. It characterizes our approach to both customers and each other. At Viljan Gamla Torg, you become part of an experienced and committed multidisciplinary team consisting of deputy operations manager, group leaders, nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, care staff, and janitor. The operation also has access to a psychiatrist on a consulting basis. Together, we work to provide each customer with the best possible support in their daily life and recovery. Description of the Operations Manager position In the role of Operations Manager, you work independently to drive, lead, and develop the operation together with your team. You are responsible for providing employees with the best conditions to deliver quality care and support to your customers. You have access to an established and proven concept based on well-functioning quality work and systematic workplace environment management. In your assignment, you are supported by regional resources and central functions within quality, finance, market, and HR. You report directly to the Regional Manager and are part of a competent and committed management group where collaboration, support, and exchange of experience contribute to your success in your role. Main responsibilities: Ultimately responsible for the operation Conduct systematic quality and operational development Ensure that agreements, assignments, and regulations are complied with Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives Finance and budget related to the operation Ensure occupancy based on budget and set goals Collaborate with support functions within the group Qualifications Requirements: Higher education such as social worker, behavioural scientist, nurse, or equivalent education, according to requirements from the Inspection Board for Health and Social Care (IVO) to be a license holder Education in social law of at least 7.5 credits (if not trained as a social worker) At least 2 years of experience in a management position within healthcare and/or social care. Experience with budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written Flexible, responsible, and with good cooperation skills Driver's license category B Merits: Experience from work within private care operations Experience in leading operations in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company Summary Position: Operations Manager Employment form: Permanent employment with 6 months probation Degree of employment: 100% Working hours: Daytime Monday to Friday Start date: By agreement Collective agreement: Applies What can we offer you?
