Operations Manager – Lead One of Sweden's Most Important Missions Would you like to lead an operation that makes a real difference every day? Care Safety Security AB (OSS) has been operating since 2013 and is now seeking an engaged and strategic Operations Manager who wants to be part of developing an operation where security, quality, and people's right to a life free from violence are at the center. About the Position As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation's quality, personnel, finances, and development. You lead the operation both strategically and operationally and ensure that work is conducted in accordance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and our high quality standards. Travel may occur in this role as OSS operates in multiple locations throughout Sweden. Your Main Responsibilities • Lead, develop, and ensure quality in the operation. • Hold personnel, work environment, and budget responsibility. • Ensure that the operation meets IVO requirements and applicable legislation. • Establish procedures, processes, and quality work together with our quality coordinator. • Build relationships with municipalities, social services, and other partners. • Manage operational planning, follow-up, and reporting. • Drive development and change initiatives. • Coach and develop the operation's employees and managers. We Are Looking for Someone With • Relevant higher education. • Several years of experience in social work. • Documented management experience. • Experience with IVO-licensed operations. • Strong knowledge of SoL, LVU, and relevant legislation. • Experience in quality management. • Strong administrative skills. • Excellent Swedish in speech and writing. • Driver's license (Class B). Meritorious • Experience with protected housing. • Prior experience as a manager of protected housing facilities with IVO. • Experience with intimate partner violence and honor-related violence. • Experience with procurement and collaboration with municipalities.
