About Us Humanoria Care and Services is the municipal service provider in Solna Municipality. We are responsible for, among other things, support for people with disabilities and preventive services. Solna Municipality is seeking an operations manager for personal assistance who will oversee the areas of personal assistance, accompaniment services, respite care, contact persons, and contact families. What Does the Work Involve? As operations manager, you will lead and develop the functional support area together with your colleagues in the management group. The assignment includes planning, developing, and monitoring operations with a focus on quality. You are expected to drive development work within the organization together with staff to promote quality and competency development. In this role, you have personnel, budget, and operational responsibility. As operations manager, you are responsible for conducting efficient and solution-oriented management while ensuring that our service users receive support and services of high quality. You will also collaborate with other networks such as Solna Municipality's leadership forum, the care administration dialogue forum, and cooperation groups with private service providers in the functional support area in Solna. You will also be part of the management group for functional support and report to the area manager. Who Are We Looking For? You have - Adequate university degree in the field, such as social work, or alternatively an education that we consider equivalent - Experience in the field of personal assistance - Documented experience working with budgets, forecasts, and the ability to manage operations with a clear focus on financial stewardship - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written - Experience leading in a politically governed organization (meriting) You are a mature and communicative leader who plans and organizes work based on the assignment's goals and quality requirements. You drive the organization's development forward and actively participate in strategic work. As a manager, you create engagement and good collaboration both internally and externally. You are present, clear, and responsive, with a strong focus on people and communication. You easily switch between strategic and operational work, see the big picture, and capture the details. With your experience in improvement work, you take initiative, see opportunities in change, and feel confident representing the organization in various contexts.
