Responsibilities You lead and distribute work for staff You work clinically as a dentist Personnel responsibility, goal-setting and development discussions, and salary negotiations Recruitment as needed Ensure staff has sufficient knowledge and work on competency development Responsibility for the work environment Qualifications Licensed dentist 3–5 years of work experience Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Personal Qualities We are looking for you, a trained dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well versed in diagnosis and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a matter of course to combine quality dental care with good patient relations. You also enjoy leading other people.
