About the position As Operations Manager, you lead and distribute work. You are responsible for the daily operations and for ongoing quality issues, work environment, and finances. Within Homsan, we work with close management, and you will spend much of your time on-site in the operations. You report to the Regional Operations Manager and will be part of a great management team with engaged management colleagues. As Operations Manager, you will also continuously collaborate with external contacts such as representatives, commissioners, and supervisory authorities. In the role of Operations Manager, you will mainly work with: · Managing the daily operations, personnel, and finances of the operation · Driving development work related to the operation Terms of Employment The position is permanent with a six-month probationary period. The employment is 100% full-time and you will work daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Salary by agreement; other compensation is provided according to the collective agreement. Start date to be agreed upon. We are looking for someone who is confident, has a sense of humor, and a high sense of responsibility, and who enjoys working both independently and as part of a group. You are stimulated by being able to influence and participate, you enjoy pedagogical development work, and you have a strong interest in people. For this position, you must have: · Relevant higher education or university degree in social care in accordance with requirements from the Inspectorate for Care Services (for example, social work education or behavioral science education) · Experience working with the target group with significant care needs in combination with autism and intellectual disability who use alternative communication. · Management/leadership experience · Experience in development work What happens now?
