Operations Manager / Director for Nya Tag HVB – Hunnebostrand and Surte Would you like to lead an operation where quality, development, and people's potential for change are at the center? Nya Tag is now seeking an engaged and organized manager for our HVB facilities in Hunnebostrand and Surte, as well as Supported Housing in Surte. About Nya Tag Nya Tag is part of Evidra Care and offers treatment and support to men with harmful use, addiction issues, comorbidity, criminality, or other social difficulties. Our clients are between 21 and 59 years old, and our treatment is based on evidence-based methods grounded in CBT and environmental therapy. We operate facilities in both Hunnebostrand and Surte. In Surte, we also have Supported Housing as part of clients' rehabilitation and path toward increased independence. The operation is licensed by the Healthcare and Social Services Inspectorate and works according to high standards for quality, documentation, and treatment outcomes. As operations manager, you will receive support from central functions in quality, HR, finance, operations development, and methodology. About the Role As operations manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation's quality, finances, personnel, and treatment. You ensure that the operation is conducted in accordance with legislation, licensing conditions, client requirements, and internal guidelines. You work closely with both clients and staff and are responsible for creating conditions for a safe, professional, and developmental treatment environment. Your main responsibilities include: Daily operational management including personnel responsibility and scheduling Ensuring that clients receive appropriate care, support, and treatment Responsibility for the operation's systematic quality and work environment initiatives Ensuring compliance with agreements, regulations, and laws Responsibility for occupancy according to set goals Responsibility for collaboration with clients, authorities, and partners Contributing to the operation's continued development together with Evidra Care's support functions You can choose whether Hunnebostrand or Surte will be your primary location. Qualifications The position requires: A degree in social work, behavioral science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer Experience working in HVB operations Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably with personnel responsibility Meeting the Healthcare and Social Services Inspectorate's requirements to be listed on a license Driver's license (Category B) Good Swedish language skills, both written and spoken Strong computer skills Certificate of no criminal record before employment Meritorious It is an advantage if you have: Knowledge of or training in CBT and other methods Experience with documentation, quality work, and management systems Experience working with comorbidity What We Offer At Nya Tag, you have the opportunity to lead an operation that makes a real difference for people in transition.
