You are goal-oriented and skilled at driving change work but also understand that the path to achieving sustainable results goes through creating participation, following up, and evaluating work with involved parties. With your analytical ability, you find it easy to take an overarching and strategic perspective on issues and understand the importance of being structured and planning work long-term. Your leadership is characterized by trust, clarity, and courage. You lead with a coaching approach but also stand for clarity in direction and goals for your managers.
