About the Role As Operations Manager, you will lead and develop group residential homes where adults with various diagnoses receive support in their daily lives. Working alongside committed staff, you will create safe, structured, and meaningful living environments. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and developing the service in accordance with applicable agreements, laws, and guidelines - Taking responsibility for personnel, budget, and work environment - Collaborating with nurses, rehabilitation teams, authorities, municipalities, families, and guardians The role is both operational and strategic and requires a strong ability to see the bigger picture and long-term development. About You We are looking for a confident, solution-oriented, and clear leader with an interest in service development. You work well in collaboration, build trust, and contribute to a positive work environment. We would like you to have: - Relevant university education, such as a degree in social work or equivalent - Passing grades in social law - At least two years of documented experience working according to LSS (Swedish Disability Services Act) - Ability to work strategically and create cohesion through collaboration with others In Linköping, our management team works in a team-based approach, which requires strong communication skills, collaboration abilities, and openness to feedback. A driver's license is not required but would be beneficial for the role.
