The Operations Manager is responsible for: - The unit's daily operations and organizing the daily structure of care work. - Meeting staffing, quality, work environment, and safety goals - Ensuring unit staff follow the operational system's policies, guidelines, and procedures, and that all new employees have the conditions to do so You feel confident in your role as an adult and are accustomed to making your own decisions. You enjoy collaborating in a staff group and learn new working methods easily. We are developing our operations to provide more children and youth with a safe place to live. Therefore, we are now seeking an Operations Manager with some experience from a Children's and Youth Residential Home under LSS 9:8 or similar operations. We work with young people who have special needs. As Operations Manager, you need to be: Mature, warm, balanced, secure Empathetic Collaborative Communicative, clear, open, honest Results-oriented, efficient, self-motivated Engaged and positive Change-oriented Solution-focused Analytical See the bigger picture Flexible Self-aware Express yourself well in speech and writing You work with the young people's best interests in focus from a holistic perspective. Collaboration with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Social Services, and other relevant parties is common. Your role also includes working directly with young people on a percentage basis. The length of introduction and mentoring is assessed based on your individual competence to give you the best possible start.
