You will take responsibility for our existing operations and become an important part of our continued development. We are driven by development. We continuously want to improve what we already do, but also see new opportunities and develop new operations when needs arise. About the Role As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, quality, and finances. You lead and develop your team members and ensure that the operations maintain high quality with the individual's needs, participation, and development in focus. You are a present leader who creates engagement and structure, while also being able to take a broader view and drive the operations forward. The role also includes identifying development opportunities and being involved in developing and establishing new operations. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone with relevant university education and leadership experience. Experience with LSS and daily activities is a merit. You are a confident and clear leader who creates trust and brings people along. You are solution-focused, unpretentious, and enjoy developing both people and operations. If you additionally have experience developing or starting new operations, we see that as a plus. About the Position Scope: 100% Location: Linköping, Mondays at the headquarters in Norrköping. Start Date: By agreement Management on-call is included. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
