Our short-term residential facility provides nursing care and support under the Social Services Act (SoL) to patient groups who need the opportunity to recover from illness or injury, as well as other services.
At our permanent dementia residential facility, we offer housing for people over and under 65 years of age with a dementia diagnosis. Together, we create a safe and stable living environment and adequate care for all stages of life for people with dementia.

As Operations Manager, we expect you to have a license as a registered nurse or social worker, with previous experience in similar tasks. We are looking for someone with documented leadership experience. You have thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, directives, general advice, and national action programs.
Responsibilities:

Desired Qualifications:
You have higher education: Registered Nurse or Social Worker
You have excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written
