We are now looking for a dedicated and competent operations manager who wants to lead our home care services with both heart and professionalism. About the Role As operations manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the business. You ensure that work is conducted with high quality, good ethics, and in accordance with applicable legislation and municipal requirements. You lead and develop the business within: personnel quality work environment procedures and working methods You are a confident leader who motivates employees and creates good conditions for high-quality care. The position requires that you are approved by the municipality according to applicable contract requirements. Main Responsibilities Responsibility for daily operational management Ensure that the business complies with laws, regulations, and guidelines Personnel responsibility including management and competence development Quality work and follow-up Contact with municipality and other partners Develop and improve procedures and working methods Qualifications (Requirements) The operations manager must meet one of the following: Completed higher education in social work, for example social worker, behavioral scientist, or similar, plus at least 12 months of operational management experience in home care services (with responsibility for personnel, finances, and operations) or At least 24 months of operational management experience in home care services with responsibility for daily operations In addition, the following is required: Good knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and statutes within health and social care Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good administrative ability and computer skills Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who: Leads with care and clarity Has a genuine commitment to people Is organized and solution-oriented Has good collaboration skills Is confident in making decisions Wants to develop quality-focused services What We Offer An important and meaningful role Opportunity to influence and develop the business A company that works with heart and quality Application We look forward to receiving your application and continuing to develop care characterized by quality, safety, and respect together.
