Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have solid background in control and regulation technology or building automation. You have likely worked as a project manager, senior project manager, group manager, section manager, and now want to take the next step in a role where you can combine business acumen, leadership, and operational presence.
Requirements and qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience from the control and regulation industry
Experience with building automation and technical building systems
Experience in project management within contracting operations
Experience with budget, profit, or financial responsibility
Experience with calculation, quotations, or sales work
Good understanding of contract law within contracting
Good system knowledge
Class B driver's license
Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious:
Previous management or leadership experience
Experience with control systems contracting from the contractor side

What does the role entail?
As Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading and further developing the Malmö operation. You become ultimately responsible for employees, business, finances, and continued growth in the local market. The role involves close collaboration with group management and other branches while running the operation with great independence.
You will lead a competent team where focus is on creating the right conditions for both people and business to develop. An important part of the role is to continue building the operation by developing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring high quality in deliveries.
To succeed in the role, you need to quickly build trust with employees, create structure, and continue developing the operation based on the company's values and quality focus.
With work tasks that include, for example:
Personnel responsibility for the branch's employees
Budget, profit, and operational responsibility
Sales and business development
Calculation and quotation work
Contract negotiations and customer dialogues
Resource planning and competency procurement
Monitoring of project and operational finances
Strategic development work together with the management group
Ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
If needed, participate in project management of contracting assignments
