About the Role As Operations Manager, you will lead the work at the unit with responsibility for daily operations and business planning. You provide your team members with the best conditions to deliver quality care and support. Main Responsibilities Responsibility for daily operational activities, personnel, and scheduling Conduct systematic quality and business development Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives Finance and budget management related to operations Ensure occupancy in line with budget and set targets Collaborate with support functions and our partners. Who Are You? You are a confident leader with previous experience working with this target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy, and customer-focused. To succeed in this role, you are results-oriented and thrive in work that requires flexibility and operates in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working toward established goals. Additionally, you have an understanding of and knowledge in finance and can monitor and analyze operational results. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications University degree Education in social law, minimum 7.5 credits (if not a social worker/socionom) At least 2 years of experience in a management position within home care/elderly care facilities Experience with budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written Knowledge of English, both spoken and written Class B driving license Meritorious if you also have Social worker, nurse, or behavioral scientist background Experience working in private care services Experience leading operations in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What Can We Offer You?
