About the Role Our client is a newly established parking company now seeking its first employee – a driven and self-motivated Operations Manager. You will be a key person who, together with the owner, builds the company from scratch and sets the standard for operations. Key Responsibilities As Operations Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations. Your main tasks will include: - Drive sales – sign agreements with new customers (businesses, condominium associations, municipalities) and sell subscriptions to end customers. - Manage finances – set prices, handle billing, monitor budget, and report key metrics to the owner. - Build systems and procedures – create workflows, agreements, and policies that form the foundation for the company's future growth. - Ensure safety and security – oversee parking facilities, handle compliance issues, and ensure all locations are safe for everyone. Your security guard training will be a major asset in this work. - Customer contact and service – be the face of the company and handle everything from customer inquiries to complaints. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone ready to take on significant responsibility and driven by the opportunity to build something new. You're personable, business-minded, and have a natural ability to build trust with both customers and partners.
