About the role
As workshop manager at Traktorservice in Östra Sönnarslöv, you'll combine your expertise in service and repair of heavy machinery with customer service, coordination, and planning. All to create the best possible service for our customers!
You'll be responsible for daily workshop planning with work orders, prioritization of service assignments, customer contact, and serving as technical support for the mechanics.

Your profile
We're looking for someone with experience from agriculture, construction, machinery, or automotive sectors, as well as experience in planning, coordination, or team leadership. You're comfortable communicating with both customers and colleagues.
You have a strong technical interest, good understanding of machinery, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. As a person, you're organized, solution-oriented, and communicative. To succeed in our team, it's essential that you're a true team player!
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required, as is a valid driver's license (category B).
