The company operates in service and preventive maintenance of building technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical and automation. Operations are located in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with head office in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed at TFS. About the Position We are seeking ventilation technicians with various specializations for our growing team. Perhaps you currently work in service, contracting, commissioning, or HVAC and are looking for the next step in your career. Regardless of your background, you will have the opportunity to develop together with committed colleagues in an operation where quality, collaboration, and technical expertise are in focus. As a ventilation technician, you will work on varying assignments in both service and project operations. This could involve service and troubleshooting at our customers' sites, but also installation, assembly and commissioning in connection with new construction and renovations. Work is carried out in close collaboration with customers, project managers and other professional groups and includes both independent tasks and joint work in a project environment. The work is varied and includes both planned assignments and more urgent interventions. As a ventilation technician, you are an important representative for the company and contribute every day to creating well-functioning and sustainable indoor environments for our customers. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience working in ventilation. To succeed in the role, we see that you have a technical interest and a good understanding of ventilation systems. We believe that you have a solution-oriented approach, are confident in your professional role, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Experience in commissioning is a merit, as is HVAC certification and knowledge of control and automation technology. A driving license (category B) is a requirement for the ventilation technician role. We further believe that you are confident in contact with new people and that you enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same, with a focus on finding solutions for our customers.
