Ventilation Technician Needed – No Prior Experience Required
We are looking for a punctual, social, and responsible person who wants to work with cleaning ventilation systems and ventilation ducts at our customers' locations.
No prior experience in ventilation is required. We will train you on-site and provide you with the knowledge and practical experience you need to perform the work professionally. Training typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks, after which the goal is for you to gradually be able to work independently at our customers' locations.

Since the work involves meeting customers and working in their homes, we place great emphasis on personality, responsibility, and professional conduct.
We are looking for you who:
speak fluent Swedish
have a B-class driver's license
are punctual, reliable, and responsible
are social, friendly, and service-oriented
can work independently
have a professional and respectful approach to customers
are thorough and committed to leaving behind quality workmanship
have the willingness to work hard and develop yourself
Your own car is an asset, since the work involves traveling between different customers.
Prior experience with ventilation, cleaning, service, or similar work is an asset but not required. For us, the right attitude, willingness to work, and sense of responsibility are more important than prior experience.
Job Responsibilities
The work consists mainly of cleaning ventilation systems and ventilation ducts in single-family homes.
You will start by working alongside an experienced colleague to learn our work methods, equipment, and routines, as well as how we work professionally with our customers.
Once you have acquired the right knowledge and feel confident in the work, you will gradually take on more responsibility and work more independently.
Employment and Compensation
The position is initially a temporary position as needed, but for the right person there are good opportunities for work almost every day.
We apply piece-rate compensation, which means that compensation is affected by the number of jobs completed. For an efficient, thorough, and driven person, there is therefore potential for good earnings.
Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to work, develop, and eventually become self-sufficient in the trade.
